Nilasing na Hipon a.k.a. "Lasing na Hipon" or "Drunken Shrimps" in english.. Anuman ang tawag mo, its simply a shrimp dish marinated in wine or liquor :)
I love shrimps!!! Kaya everytime we dine in any resto, eto lagi ang shrimp recipe na hinahanap ko.. Simple lang kasi, malutong at nakaka-LASHING.. *hik* :D
So naisip kong gawing home-made naman to.. Tara, let's cook na! :)
For our Nilasing na Hipon:

here are the two main ingredients |
 |
Start by cleaning and preparing the 1/2 kilo small sized shrimps |
 |
half glass of alcohol, here i used tequila but you can also substitute any of the following: Lambanog, Sake, Gin, Vodka or even Beer |
 |
pour in the shrimp |
 |
add salt and ground pepper to taste |
 |
mix well |
 |
marinate it for about an hour |
 |
this will be our marinaded shrimps |
 |
use a strainer to remove the excess marinating juice or pat it dry with a paper towel |
 |
in a bowl, prepare 1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
 |
then put the marinated shrimps |
 |
toss with flour to coat evenly. |
 |
put in a plate all the coated shrimps |
 |
Heat oil in a pan. |
 |
Deep-fry the shrimps |
 |
until golden brown. |
 |
after cooking all the shrimps, turn off heat. |
 |
Remove and drain on paper towels and place in a serving plate |
For our Garlic Mayo Dip:
 |
prepare our dip container |
 |
put-in 1 cup mayonnaise |
|
 |
2 tbsp ketchup and 4 cloves minced garlic |
 |
mix well |
 |
set aside |
For our Spicy Vinegar Sauce:
 |
Prepare 3 tbsp vinegar, half of small minced onion and 2-3 pcs chillies |
