This semi-sweet dessert got its name from its resemblance of stained glass colored windows in cathedrals or old churches. Brightly colored cubes of jelly ace embedded in a creamy white mold.
It's available at Goldilock's Bakeshop which costs P180 but making this delicious treat makes it far from commercial ones.. One taste and you’ll know it’s definitely homemade! :)

Let's begin!
here are all the ingredients we will use :) |
1 pack Jelly Ace (Magnolia) of Assorted flavors - 50pcs |
Remove each from its container |
Then slice each into quarter. Set aside. |
In a pot, transfer one cup cold water |
Dissolve completely
|
once the gelatine starts to simmer, add one cup pineapple juice |
one cup nestle cream |
one cup condensed milk and one cup evaporated milk |
you can add 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup granulated sugar |
mix well. when sugar is dissolved turn off heat. |
transfer the cooked gelatine |
cover with aluminum foil |
put inside the fridge to cool down and slightly thickens |
prepare your desired moulder.. i used here my heart-shaped baking pans :) |
after refrigerating put it outside the fridge(we did this process so that our mixture slightly thickens thus when we put our multi-colored jelly ace it will not all sink in the bottom) |
this is the thickness we desired, not too thick, not too syrupy |
strain first the jelly ace then put in our mixture |
mix gently |
until well combined |
transfer in the moulders |
cover each moulder with aluminum foils |
refrigerate until its set after refrigerating, loosen edge then turn it over in a serving plate. SERVE share & ENJOY!!! :) |
