The date was March 25-27, 2011(fri-sun), it was my first time in Hong Kong and i'm so excited! the memories was still fresh and i enjoyed the new adventure - the place, the weather(SPRING time, the best season to visit i believe) and the food!!! :)
FOOD REPUBLIC - love this place! We also enjoyed the dining experience here when we were in Singapore.
Food Republic is a food court chain run by the BreadTalk Group based in Singapore.
The concept combines local hawker
fare with mini restaurants (some of which have exclusive seating) in an
open dining concept. Some stalls are also run from standalone
pushcarts. Food Republic's elaborate decor and furniture are designed to
invoke a nostalgic kampong atmosphere.
There are five branches here in Hong Kong and the one we visited before going to Ocean Park Adventure(Ocean Adventure is Southeast Asia's only open-water marine park) is located in Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung.
Now for the foods!! Chow time..Sobrang dami ng servings.. I forgot the name of my meal pero i can still recall the taste.. love it! :)
